You Will Be Required to advise the Customers of the leading computer manufacturer. This is a huge opportunity if you are Willing to learn and Develop your skills in the IT field! The roller
¿¿¿ Advise Customers of the leading hardware technology
¿¿¿ Customers Deal with inquiries over the phone and by mail
¿¿¿ Establish and maintain strong relationship with Customers
¿¿¿ Advise Customers on how to use modern IT products
The Candidate
¿¿¿ Fluent German (native level)
¿¿¿ Fluent English
¿¿¿ Strong interest and knowledge in the computer application
¿¿¿ Previous experience in the call center or Customer Service / Technical Field Support
