German Customer Care Agent
Your job will be to provide professional customer service to customers of a well known internet provider, mainly by phone and email. You will have the full training on site and career progression opportunities within your team.
Duties
As a Customer/Technical Support Agent you will:
• Provide customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support
• Provide troubleshooting services to customers by email
• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers

Job’s location:
Görlitz is situated on the European Route E40, which in Germany is called motorway A4, coming from Cologne via Chemnitz and Dresden. This motorway connects to Wroclaw and Katowice on the Polish side of the border.

Candidate requirements:
• Fluent German written and spoken
• Good English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and mobiles
• Customer service/contact centre experience an advantage
