Must have

- Excellent English skills. Not native level, but advanced is a must!
- Good New Media and Online knowledge
- A strong Internet connection so as we can stay in touch at all times
- 9 free hours per day (1 hour lunch break) to be at reach on Skype
- Willingness to learn new stuff about how the WWW works, SEO, Online Marketing in general and lots of other interesting things
- Writing talent (the more, the better) to be able to create, edit and manage content
- The ability to write about 3500-6000 words per day (when this is needed, not every day will be the same)
- Online marketing knowledge
- A creative and able to generate unique content mind
- Reliability and desire to engage in a long term job
- The ability to respect deadlines and to work in an organized and tidy manner
