Our client is german owned construction company specialised in high-bay warehouse systems. They have sites in Germany and also other european contries. If you have a strong interest to work abroad, being employed in Germany and you know German and English langauges we will be happy to get to know you and guide you step by step in this carrer change.
In a few words this would be your responsabilities:
Target:
- Assembly of high-bay storage systems compliant with the contract, the budget and the time plan
- Efficient and cost-saving assembly process
Scope of functions:
- Supervision of assembly team (typically between 5 and 15 metal workers)
- Contact person for staff of client
- Participation in meetings with client and other project members
- Organisation of the construction site
- Coordination of necessary infrastructure and machines (e.g. cranes, lifting platforms)
- Responsibility for budget, quality and deadlines

- Adequate education - suitable for this job
- Ideally experience in assembly of steel constructions for storage systems or for buildings or for similar constructions
- Work experience of at least 3 years
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Assertiveness and diplomatic skills
- Independent, structured and „look ahead“ working style
- Good communication skills in German and in English necessary
- If the other conditions are fulfilled a training for German language is possible
- Trainings for potential skill gaps are possible - e.g. German law for protection against accidents etc.
- The construction sites are located in different European countries.
- Gross annual salary up to 55.000 Euros - depending on work experience and education
- The company is intending a long-term employment (probation period: 6 months)
