Your responsabilities:
Improve and monitor the product development process (speed, quality, team spirit and stakeholder engagement)
Promote agile development methodologies within the Product and Technology teams and company wide
Identify and mitigate impediments in the product development process through working with the team
and management
Facilitate communication within the teams and with stakeholders
Leadership and coaching of junior developers (incl. execution of code reviews)
Your profile:
At least 3 years of experience in an agile environment
Outstanding communication and moderation skills
Excellent coaching and conflict management skills
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, and TDD)
Competence to implement and improve processes and best practices
Results oriented mindset
Self-confident and hands-on personality
Proficient English, both written and oral
EU citizens only
