In order to grow their online trading platform the company is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to strengthen their already successful organisation of 130 employees.
Responsibilities
• Improve and monitor the product development process (speed, quality, team spirit and stakeholder engagement)
• Promote agile development methodologies within the Product and Technology teams and company wide
• Identify and mitigate impediments in the product development process through working with the team and management
• Facilitate communication within the teams and with stakeholders
• Leadership and coaching of junior developers (incl. execution of code reviews)
Profile
• At least 3 years of experience in an agile environment
• Outstanding communication and moderation skills
• Excellent coaching and conflict management skills
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, and TDD)
• Competence to implement and improve processes and best practices
• Results oriented mindset
• Self-confident and hands-on personality
• Proficient English, both written and oral
