Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a leading Internet Company in Berlin, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach, in order to grow their online trading platform.
Job title: Agile Coach
Location: Berlin, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Improve and monitor the product development process (speed, quality, team spirit and stakeholder engagement
- Promote agile development methodologies within the Product and Technology teams and company wide
- Identify and mitigate impediments in the product development process through working with the team and management
- Facilitate communication within the teams and with stakeholders
- Leadership and coaching of junior developers (incl. execution of code reviews).
Profile:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent professional training as an applications developer
- At least 3 years of experience in an agile environment
- Outstanding communication and moderation skills
- Excellent coaching and conflict management skills
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, and TDD•
- Competence to implement and improve processes and best practices
- Results oriented mindset
- Self-confident and hands-on personality
- Proficient English, both written and oral
