Coordinates the entire activity of the warehouse – located in Accra, Ghana
-Directs, coordinates and plans the warehouse storage (receiving, storing materials and products)
-Is responsible for the stock of merchandise – inventories, making sure the merchandise is not missing from stocks etc
-Collaborates with clients in regards to presenting them the warehouse merchandise and selling them the merchandise on the spot
-Interviews employees for warehouse, ensuring they meet the expectations, and then select, hire and train them.
-Coordinates the team of warehouse employees
-Is responsible for safety development, along with implementing security and safety procedures
-Maintains safe and efficient warehouse conditions including overseeing the equipment and vehicles and order any replacements or maintenance, when needed.
Availability to move location to Ghana for at least one year
-College Education is an advantage
-Minimum 2years experiece in warehouse management
-Basic sales knowledge
-Analytical, structured, goal-oriented thinking
-Organization and coordination skills
-Good Communication skills
-Driving licence – B category is an advantage
-PC knowledge
-Advanced english language skills – speaking and writing
-Experience in working abroad is an advantage.
