RESPONSABILITATI

The M & E Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Mechanical & Electrical market. The successful candidate will direct a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and the sales team.


CERINTE

Responsibilities:
Manage sales of projects related to the M&E area, means Air Conditions systems, Power supply (Generators & Solar Power), Electrical works, Fire Fighting, Building management system (BMS), etc.
Submit a sales business plan indicating resources needed in order to achieve the attached sales targets.
Recruit, train, manage and control a sales team focusing on the domestic market but active in the industry as well.
Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Visit and contact construction sites in town in order to create opportunities.
Introduce a service agreement to every sale of machinery. (A/C, Genset, Welding plant)
Forecast sales on a quarter bases for stock availability.
Check and report prices from competitors on a monthly bases.
This role will be permanently base opportunity in Accra Ghana, with a full Ex-Pat package.
