The candidate must have proven skills working in Linux environments and good knowledge of Linux BSPs and drivers for embedded hardware systems. The candidate must have proven skills for writing and working with detailed design documents. The job requires solid people skills for a positive influence on the project team and direct interaction with customers. The job requires knowledge of a variety of processor architectures, busses, peripheral devices and communication protocols. The qualified candidate must be able to apply prior knowledge to quickly troubleshoot complex problems.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and implementation of product demos based on pre-defined requirements
- Design, implementation and test Linux-based devices commonly used in embedded hardware systems
- Support customer hardware bring-up of custom embedded hardware systems
- Support for application integration, problem resolution or Wind River tool usage
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of software development experience in Linux environments
- Good communication and writing skills in English (at least Intermediate Level)
