RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for its personal corporate budget
- Manages the daily operations of the corporate customers in the branch
- Responsible for marketing the full range of bank's products and services, including cross selling with Retail
- Responsible for acquiring new customers, together with the Corporate Regional Head
- Responsible for drafting indicative offers, with the support of the Corporate Regional Manager / HO Expert (if the case)
- Responsible for initiating the loan applications based on thorough economic analysis of corporate clients
- Responsible for analyzing the financials of the borrower and filling-in the BLANA application with comments on the financial performance of the borrower
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a long term, qualitative relationship with the customers, in order to increase the retention and loyalty
- Keep Regional Corporate Manager/ Deputy informed about the market trends and provide analyses regarding current market conditions (as a mean to assess competitor’ strengths) in order to offer the best suitable range of products to clients
- Keep Regional Corporate Manager/ Deputy and other departments (i.e. Treasury & Risk Management) informed about the deal flow and evolution, for better monitoring
- Inform Regional Corporate Manager/ Deputy and other departments about specific client needs/requests, so that new and customized products can be created


CERINTE

- University degree (preferably in Economics)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Corporate banking
- Sales expertise and experience
- Language skills: fluent written & spoken English
- Structuring and analysis skills
- Good organizational skills
- Capability to work independently
- Ability to work under stress
