-Preparation of schedule details against each design discipline, subcontractor’s delivery (if case), and delivery;
- Preparation of the quality inspection and test plans;
- Preparation of activities outlines;
- Preparation of resource loading & labour requirements;
- Weekly up-dating of schedule progress, issuing and dissemination of up-dated schedules;
- Preparation and maintenance of design execution and delivery schedules; advising PM with respect to the adherence to the schedule;
- Preparation of preliminary resource and labour loading projections;
- Preparation of labour and supervision budgets;
- Preparation of weekly standard reports;
- Preparation of weekly project progress report for submission to Clients and senior management;
- Data input of weekly activity status into the Primavera system;
-Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering (or an equivalent of 5 shipbuilding manufacturing / ship design experience).
- A minimum of 2 years experience in planning and scheduling
- Solid understanding of project management methodology;
- Experience in scheduling and labour estimating;
- Sound knowledge of computer scheduling software Primavera or Microsoft Project;
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing;
-Good communicator both in Romanian and English;
