- Responsible for the production activity results (budget, time quality);
- Takes care of the production planning;
- Responsible for achieving the objectives of QA ¿ policy of the company;
- Elaborate budgets and tarrifs;
- Prepare training plans for the employees;
- Take care of the implementantion of the Dutch quality standards;
- Responsible for the implementation of ERP software in order to improve productivity;
- Cooperation with partners in Holland;
- Increase the efficiency of the production;
- Reports to Romanian and Dutch Management.
- Technical (preferably Electrical ) University degree;
- Master degree with a graduation average above 8,00 would be a plus;
- Good experience in a similar position for at least 3 years especially in managing a production environment;
- Very good command of English language;
- Automation skills (PLC - systems);
- PC Skills (Office 2000, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD);
- Good Communications Skills;
- Willing to travel abroad;
- Flexible and adaptable to the working time;
- Natural desire to achieve results;
- Good managerial abilities;
- Organized and rigorous;
