• Sell mortgage loans through ABN AMRO’s network
• Originate mortgage loans through face-to-face execution and by handling the mortgage needs of ABN AMRO referral customers and employees.
• Together with the branch/sales manager be the owner of mortgage sales plan
• Be the product champion in the branch/sales location
• Strongly facilitate the referral process
• Produce mortgage loans through self-sourced originations via professional contacts such as real estate agencies and builders
• Generate an ongoing book of business utilizing their sales capabilities by thoroughly penetrating their local market and producing a pipeline of loan originations
• Prepare the credit application file, structuring non-standard loans by providing solutions.
• Act as an interface between our loan processors and the customer so we acquire all information and
documentation necessary to ensure a timely closing of the customer's loan.
• Analyses the customer’s needs and together with customer, plan type of desired financing, taking into account liquidity available, level of risk and clients’ preferences in terms of mortgage products
• Identify and meet the needs of customers for mortgage products, whilst effectively managing a mix of products (identify cross-selling opportunities) for ABN AMRO as a whole
• Generate customer and volume targets

· Two plus years of proven mortgage product (retail products) sales capability is required or successful sales experience from an insurance company or other financial consulting companies
· University degree, preferable in Business / Economics
