Job description:
- Lead of the engineers team and technically responsible for the designs of complex electro technical and automation installations;
- Planning, coordination, analyzing, quality control and approving design /drawings done by draughtsmen / designers /engineers and report to the department head;
- Responsible for the team to meet the required quality;
- Responsible for the budget of the projects belong to the design department;
- Develop specific technical bids in partnership with the Sales and Calculation team;
- Advise clients and translate the clients wishes into the technical concept;
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of electrical design;
- Attention to detail, creativity, professional efficiency, flexibility in thinking;
- High volume of theoretical and practical knowledge;
- Resistance to prolonged intellectual effort;
- Perform project coordination with other specialists involved;
- Experience with AutoCAD;
- Experience with project work in teams;
- Easily adapt in a changing environment;
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing and a good knowledge of and English;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience and knowledge to provides assistance on site to check, improve and solve the problems;
- Capable of motivating and coaching the team;
- Customer and result oriented.
