RESPONSABILITATI

Manages all information related to the international account, in close cooperation with GMR, and distributes it to the persons involved
Provides feedback to GMR on outstanding issues (under the form of daily reports and commercial form)
Provides full support to GMR, management members and project leaders involving time management, travel arrangements, meetings and administrative support
Assists in the drawing up, analysis and management of budgets, quotations
To effectively manage supplier and other third party agreements through establishing strong relations that continue to drive performance improvement
Maintaining and updating the international client and subcontractor database
To ensure the consistent implementation of policies across all other locations
