Project Activity:
The Software Developer will be involved in the development of large-scale software solutions using various web technologies according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop software solutions in accordance with defined objectives (quality, security, time schedule, cost)
• Development, testing and production launching of programs
• Assistance in drawing up and validating technical specifications
• Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation
Technical skills:
• Good command of technologies, programming languages, databases, solutions and tools used in developing the assigned software applications
• Minimum 3 years hands-on development experience of core .NET technology and Object Oriented Programming, including (not limited to) ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET
• Extensive hands-on experience programming in Flex.
• Experience integrating Flash/Flex with .NET applications –would be an advantage
• Solid understanding of programming concepts
• Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team – preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm and passion for web environment.

The Software Developer should be innovative and creative and should posses the following characteristics:
• Ability to openly present her/his own ideas
• Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
• Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives
• Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements
• Very good communication skills are required in English
• Strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
