- Identify, create, develop the distribution network (dealers, business partners) and assures the achievement of sales targets;
- Develop and coordinate the strategy of distribution network and supervise the activity of the dealers in the allocated area;.
- Develop with the dealers/business partners the offers and participate in negotiations of the contracts;
- Coordinate the marketing and promotion activity of the dealers on advertising and sales events (fairs, exhibitions, etc);
- Identify training needs for dealers’ sales persons and participate in dealers’ selection processes.
- University Degree;
- Min. 2 years experience in working with distributors;
- Previous experience in team management would be an advantage;
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Driving license: B category.
