- responsible for requirements, design, implementation and testing of embedded software, board support packages (BSP’s), device drivers, middleware, systems software and application software for a variety of mobile products developed by Wind River Systems
- performs technically challenging work and applies past experience and technical and interpersonal skills for efficient design, development, and issue resolution on complex projects
- 4-year technical degree, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years relevant engineering experience (Linux embedded & automotive, Android)
- Excellent writing and verbal skills; very good presentation skills
- Must be a hands-on type of person with the ability to take initiatives
- Proven ability to technically mentor and educate junior staff Self motivated
