Our client is a Spanish construction company, well established in Spain, with an international expanding business strategy and starting its long-term plans in the Romanian subsidiary.

Administrative Assistant to the Construction Project Manager

Main tasks:
- Administrative support duties for the project manager at works site;
- Purchase orders to suppliers;
- Additional construction items offers to clients;
- Contracts for subcontractors;
- Organizing, filing and sending documentation on the construction project;
- Gathering documentation from the subcontractors on the security and health Romanian legal requirements;
- Light purchasing management;
- Gathering and to organise delivery orders
- Managing payment certificates and fiscal invoices;
- Cash control;
- Administration of site employee’s issues;
- Cost control of the construction process.


CERINTE

Requirements
- Education: administrative (high school diploma or professional school degree)
- Computer literate: general PC proficiency and strong skills in ms word, excel, outlook and Power Point are required.
- Familiarity with programs of construction planning budgeting and - programs of invoices and purchase orders management.
- Languages: Romanian, English, Spanish skills a plus.
- The candidate will be working with various vendors, construction personnel, project managers, and with clients. Candidates must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and tightly scheduled environment.
- Parts ordering, tracking, utilization of company's purchase order system will also be daily responsibilities.
