For our client – a leader in travel industry – we search suitable candidates to build a team of Program Managers:
• Responsible for transversal coordination of simultaneous projects
• Organize, plan, follow-up and report on projects
• Identify priorities, coordinate activities associated with the different projects and ensure effective communication
• Check pre-requisites, assumptions, target dates and dependencies between department, provide a central point of contact and focus for program sponsor and the project teams
• Secure commitments on target dates and quality measures
• Prepare and follow-up monthly objectives providing progress reports to program sponsor, built the overall plan identifying main tasks and inputs
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Project Management Online (PMO)
• MSP or equivalent Project Management Tool
• PMI Certification is a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Engineering degree in computer science or related technical field
• 1 to 5 year of experience
• Fluent English
• French language is an advantage
• Excellent communicative and problem-solving skills, sense of planning
• Change management and flexibility
• Organized and methodic approach to the problems
• Accountability and pro-activity, information gathering
