(Machines: NUM 1600-1, NUM 760, TOS Warnsdorf WHN 13 CNC ,…)
= 3 axes (X, Y, Z) = Big machines for bigger parts
- Read all technical plans (very detailed)
- Interpret all working schedules/ codes/ geometry/ (in French)
- Check and chose CNC-tools
- Fit all tools into the machines
- Make his own calculations (Tangent, cutting speed depending on tools and material) and visualise in 3D!
- Put in all needed information (X, Y, Z ) into the cnc computer.
- All candidates need to know Trigonometry.
- Make some adaptations in the CNC-programs (Haidenhein)
- Operate CNC-reamers during production of unique parts.
- After production; execute dimensional controls from produced parts and adapt where necessary.
- Fill in production forms and report to the supervisor (in French)
ATTENTION: All plans and schedules (informing about production steps) are prepared in French. Candidates must be able to read and write in French, to interpret all schedules and plans, but also to report to their supervisors)
NOTE: candidates do not need to have experience on the same machines as the ones mentioned above!
NOTE: If we can find a really good CNC-miller, who has some knowledge about CNC-reamers, the company is ready to train him to become a specialist in CNC reamers.
Language knowledge: communicative/good French!
