RESPONSABILITATI

Overall responsibility for monitoring the front office and back office operational activities within the branch.

- Supervises the daily operational activity in Cash, Payments and Customer Services areas;
- Advises the customer regarding the most suitable banking products/services in order to optimally fullfil its needs and requirements;
- Monitories the corrections made to the daily operations;
- Ensures that NBR and Head Office reporting is timely & correctly made;
- Verifies periodically: cash reports, profit & loss report, issuance of cheques registers, accounts register, missing documents register, cash differences register etc
- Initiates and keeps contact with the local banks for cash selling and other transactional agreements;
- Organises the activity during the NBR and internal audit;
- Organises implementations of any change in flow of documents, change of procedures, changes of rules and legislation;
- Prepares the operational statistics, monitors/analyses and offers solutions based on the results of the statistics.


CERINTE

- Economic academic background;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations (cash and non-cash);
- Proven knowledge of NBR rules and regulations;
- Good command of English,
- Very good PC skills,
- Very good planning and organising abilities,
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
