RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, an international food company, we are looking for an experienced person for the role of Logistic Manager, to be located in Focsani.

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, coordinate and maintain economical and efficient transportation services for the company. Responsible for scheduling and supervising the daily operations of the logistics department.
Coordinate and assign all truck drivers schedules and work orders;
Monitor and plan preventive and routine maintenance to ensure the fleet is running at optimum performance;
Ensure the fleet’s compliance with all legal transportation rules, regulations and guidelines;
Plan and obtain all relevant vehicle documentation in due time to minimize vehicle’s downtime;
Handle all vehicle accident and damage reporting and follow-up insurance claims and repairs;
Compare and purchase tools and materials needed for the logistics department;
Oversee all transportation operations with focus on bio-security, efficiency, value and timeliness;


CERINTE

Fluency in English language (written and spoken);
Experience at a managerial level in logistics, running an auto workshop or related fields;
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management and organizational skills;
Good communicator, adaptable and flexible individual, with great attention to details and problem solving skills;
High ethical standards;
Good computer skills: Windows, MS Office;
