Job Purpose

Lead, plan, manage and support the companies’ field sales activities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Sales activities include
1. the regular sales of live pigs to the slaughterhouses
2. the design and implementation of a cooperation model between the pig farm, the partner slaughterhouse, the meat processor and the retailer
3. identification and development of collaboration with potential partners for export.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- develop and implement a sales strategy and action plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- liaise with sales support and other functions as required to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- develop business models, sales presentations and proposals, especially for points 2 and 3 above
- assist and support in developing pricing schedules and rates
- conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- identify sales opportunities, generate and qualify leads, source and develop client referrals
- plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- make sales calls and field visits to new and existing clients
- negotiate with clients, conclude sales contracts
- perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

The main focus of the Field Sales Manager would be:

1. In respect of our current customers, slaughterhouses, we need this person to focus on:
- performing field visits and keep a close contact with the customers’ decision makers
- turn the relationship from one-week delivery schedule to several months commitments
- expand the customer base
2. Develop, propose and implement a viable business plan in order to allow us to perform sales directly to retailers, via slaughterhouses and further meat processors
3. Identify customers on external markets and conclude business relationships with these


CERINTE

- fluency in English language (written and spoken); only CV’s in English will be considered
- experience in sales of meat and meat products represents a plus
- recognized practical proven ability to achieve sales target and experience on a managerial level
- good communicator, persuasive, adaptable, with excellent negotiation skills, empathic to customers and to their needs
- high ethical standards
- goal driven, with a compulsion to win
