Quality Assurance Manager

Key competences:
- Competencies of (senior) test consultant;
- Very high level of independency and responsibility;
- Extensive knowledge of software quality assurance;
- Active knowledge of Requirements management;
- Passive knowledge of Configuration management;
- Knowledge of and ability to initiate several types of static test-techniques;
- Capability to do audits to ensure products are accurate and conform to specifications/standards;
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Results-orientated;
- People skills (Diplomatic);

Experience:
- For QA consultant >5yr, Sr QA Consultant >8yr ;
- in testing or other QA related role;
- Project manager experience.
