They produce big parts. Weight even 6000 tons!
English skill is needed, also work experience.
2. CNC milling operator with programming skill.
NC controllers: Heidenhein
Machine in use: Nicolas Correa cf 20 & a 30/50
The candidates must be able to communicate in English and to have min. 3 years experience with Heidenhain on milling machine.
3. CNC Programmer/ Operator- Milling Machine Center
Machining centre with horizontal axle - Quaser HX805A/HT, year model 2008 (2 months old machine)
* palette-table 2 pcs 800 x 800 mm

Client expectations are to find very experienced worker, that they could give technical drawings and worker will be able to do all the work independently. So work will include programming and operating this machine.
More requirements:
- Good skill to read technical drawings
- Fluent English language skills needed.
- Worker will be ready to work in two shifts.
- Skill to use industrial cranes
4. CNC programmers/ CNC operators for milling machines, also lathe machines.

Machine in use: Mazak H-630 (x=1000, Y=800, Z=750) horizontal-axle milling-machine (two pallet).
Mazak lathe machine, with robot.
The candidates must be able to communicate in English or Germany, also CAD/CAM programming skill is a plus.
5. CNC programmer/ CNC operators- Lathe Center
NC controllers: Mazatrol Fusion 640 MT Pro programming
CNC-programming: CAD CAM
Machine in use: CNC-Lathe Mazak Integrex 400 III, 5 axes X, Z, Y, B and C
Tools system is Capto C6, tools 40 pieces
Have to read technical draws; it can be quite difficult draws
Single pieces or very small series
Sizes 10-460 mm, very small tolerance, (Class IT 7 incl lathe and drilling)
Essential requirements:
- 2-3 years experience about CNC-lathe-centre
- Experience from 5 axis-machine
- English skills communicative 3+ (1-5)
- Mazatroll Fusion MT Pro experience
- skills to make chances with adjusting and measuring
- skills to read technical draws
- skills to use hand measure instruments
- able to adjust machine ground of measuring result
6. CNC programmers/ operators- Fanuc Center
NC controller: FANUC
Machine in use: fanuc, robodrill centers
The candidates must be able to communicate in English; also CAD/CAM programming skill is a plus.

Essential requirements:
- 4 years experience on machining, and preferably with milling machine centre
- Experience from cam-programming, preferably with Surf-cam
- English skills communicative
Client produces small series from aluminum and steel.
Company is a small company (about ten employees) and they are looking for a person who is willing to work there for a longer period of time.
8. CNC Programmer/ operators for Finn-Power compi -laser FMS 3200 LSR 3000 machine
The candidates have to be good in English, also with good mechanical drawing skill`s.
9. CNC Programmer/ Operator- folding machine
Machines in us: CNC-Amada, program- Ope 2/ Alico (Finn-power) Sybeleck- program
They have to been good English and mechanical drawing skill`s.
10. CNC Programmer/ Operators- Lathe machines/ Centre
CNC controllers: Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Mitsubishi, Heidenhein
The candidates have to be good in English, also with good mechanical drawing skill`s.
Driving license is required as there are about 6 km from apartment to workplace. Car it`s better to be of candidate owner.
11. CNC Operator- Driller machines (masini de gaurit)
Machines in use: FISEP (same program), 3 arbors- material is double T-rail

12. Edger Workers for Amada CNC machines
The candidates have to communicate in English and be skilled for operate Amada edge machine.
