Experienced engineers (especially civil/construction engineers) to work on site as well as a Concrete Expert to work in a laboratory.
-The NI Erection Manager Assistant supports the NI Erection Manager with regards to interpretation of Finnish legislation, rules and YVL guides related to construction / installation works.
-He issues / updates the NI Site internal instructions related to the Erection organization;
-He informs / reminds the NI EM Contractors against ANP requirements and processes (in particular Finnish Contractors);
- He informs / reminds the NI EM Contractors against Finnish legislation / rules and Customer¿s requirements (in particular non-Finnish Contractors);
- He ensures the interface with TVO and local authorities (STUK, STUK/IO, other inspection and testing organizations¿) involved in electro-mechanical installation;
-He ensures the follow-up of incoming letters from the Customer concerning electro-mechanical activities and prepares / tracks ANP replies, in relation with the NI Erection Manager (contract / organization related) and/or the Supervision group leaders (technique related);
-He supports the NI Supervision group leaders (Mechanical group / Electrical-I&C group / Completion group) in analysing, understanding and replying to queries from the Customer (from TVO Supervision team and possibly TVO QC team, in relation with ANP QA manager/inspectors);
-He supports the ANP Technical Manager regarding electro-mechanical activities in interface with Civil Work construction activities;
-He participates to meetings with the Customer, involving TVO Supervision team (and possibly TVO QC team, in relation with ANP QA manager/inspectors), or any other interface meeting at the request of the NI Erection Manager; He issues the correspondent Minutes of Meetings for internal or external distribution as necessary;
-He participates to kick-off and other progress meetings with EM Contractors, and issues the correspondent Minutes of Meetings;
-He coordinates the activities of the Supervision group leaders in interface with the Customer and compiles / follows the overall progress of Contractor¿s works.
Engineer or equivalent technical training.
Experience required: 7-year work experience, with minimum 3-year experience in project / supervision / coordination positions, gained on big size construction sites. 1-year experience on NPP would be a must. Strong background in management or supervision of piping (isometrics, pressure tests, welding activities¿) and electro-mechanical installation.
English: read, written and spoken; German: read, written and spoken
French knowledge would be appreciated.
Depends on the candidates experience and is negotiable,
2800 - 3800 Euro / month.
