RESPONSABILITATI

Main Objective: Plan and implement wastewater treatment plant projects

- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the company
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and the relations with co-partner construction firm/s
- Is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and of the procedures regarding to Health and Safety Labor Plan
- Organize those involved in the project to site meetings (regular and special meetings).
- Participate (and can represent the company) to the meetings with Beneficiary.
- Manage the day to day relationship with the site staff of the Beneficiary.
- Manage the contract until the end of the contractual obligations with the beneficiary
- Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments, as necessary, to ensure the successful completion of the project based on triptic time, cost and quality.
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
- Prepare reports on progress of work, other reports required in terms of contract and specifications for the site
- Monitor the design activities for the project, including checking the plans or changes before the official release
- Prepare the documents for the reception of works and presentation of the invoice to the Beneficiary.
- Manage and monitor the works of the subcontractors on site.
- Organize and participate in technological tests of the installation
- Track supplies contracts in terms of budget, time of delivery and compliance
- Validates invoices to suppliers and subcontractors
- Participate and/or prepare claims and answer to the claims.
- Write reports (weekly, monthly) on the project for management
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly) using PCVM (Project Cost & Value Monitoring)
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for management
- Manage and monitor the risks (identified and potential)


CERINTE

- A university degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in a senior leadership position
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting
- Good computer skills, proficient with ms office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is an asset
- Willing to relocate for the duration of projects
- Experience with the European government funding process is an asset
