A British firm of Management Consultants has asked GSS Ltd. to provide a senior and very experienced Warehousing Procedures Developer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a consultancy assignment initially for 6 months. Leave rotation will be flexible. Flights, local transport and good standard of accommodation provided. The Client is a major oil company.
Qualifications: Must be professionally qualified. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and have technical writing skills (procedures etc.). Needs to be a team player and good communicator. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience: Must be a senior professional with a proven track record in developing warehousing procedures and practices, and strong understanding of the requirements for offshore oil and gas operations. Must have previous experience of setting up or running warehouses. Experience of working for an Operator a distinct advantage. Be able to work on a largely independent basis, reporting to one director who would manage the assignment on a visiting basis. Previous overseas and Middle East experience is highly desirable.
