Recruitment criteria:
-Warm, friendly and approachable personality.
W-ork experience within customer service industry such as airlines, hotels, travel and tourism represents definite advantage.
-Female minimum height 1.62 m with weight in proportion
-High standard of personal grooming.
-Good recognizable level of education.
-Fully medically fit.
-Good eyesight
-Fluency in both conversation and written English.
-Ability to speak a second foreign language would be advantageous.
-Valid and unrestricted passport: minimum of one- year validity eligible for residence status in UAE.
-Non-smoking.
Employment Package:
1. Basic working hours and salary.
The monthly flight hours for every flight attendant are as per the flight roster.
The basic salary is as below: ($1 = AED 3.65 as per current exchange rate).
-AED 3,020 (827 USD) for flight attendants who have no previous flying experience.
The Flying pay allowance is provided per each Duty Day on completion of the basic training inamount of AED 210(57USD)
Monthly rosters are provided using a computerized fair share rostering system that ensures a fair allocation of trips and an average of 8 days off per month over a quarterly period.
Monthly flying hours are around 70, with a mixture of long and short haul flying. Minimum rest at base is 11 hours.
Total monthly income approximated at: 1,314 USD
2. Employment Benefits:
a. Contract Conditions:
- minimum 2 years open-ended employment contracts with a six-month probationary period.
-upon commencement of contract, you will have an intensive 6 weeks training program on all aircraft types. This will include safety and emergency training, customer service, grooming and first aid.
b. Annual Leave: every working year, the flight attendants are allowed 30 calendar days as annual leave with full pay.
d. Accommodation:
- The UAE's National Airline will supply the flight attendants with fully furnished sharing accommodation (own bedroom) including utilities.

-free laundry services
e. Transportation procedures:
-annual leave ticket to the home destination,
-concessional travel for the employee designated relatives
-free transport between airport and apartment in Doha
f. Uniforms: Special custom made and designed uniform.
g. Insurance policy:
-you are covered under a Group Life Insurance Plan on a 24-hour worldwide basis, which covers you for AED 100,000/=36,500 USD- in case of death and has related benefits in case of Permanent Disability and Partial Disability as in the rules of the scheme.
-BUPA International worldwide for all medical conditions, except optical, but including Dental coverage in amount of AED 2,000 ( 547 USD) per year.
