- Responsible for fabrication & erection of hull structures and drilling package structures associated with jack-up drilling rig units. ,
- Supervision and execution of assembly and erection of fabrication units.
- Supervises the activities of labor performing work and ensures compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements.
- Plans required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available.
- Supervises and inspects all construction activities concerning structure and all other works relevant to the structure activities .
- Conducts final checking of erection works
- Ensures executions of the work in accordance with drawings and specifications and required quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English a must.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 to 12 years in Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 5 years in supervisory position in a Ship Building/Rig Fabrication or RigMaintenance/Refurbishment company.
- Computer literate
- Physically fit, Flexible attitude and a good team player
- Good man-management/supervisory skills
- Thorough knowledge in working with blueprints, schematics and sketches.

- Coordinates with the Quality Control Department for preparation of the required check list/inspection.
- MIS has a pay structure of Basic Salary Plus Allowance. The Allowance is paid for Housing, Utilities, Commodities& Services and Transportation cost. The allowance amount will vary based on the Basic Salary Rate.
- 30 days vacation upon completion of 12 months service
