The Position:
- This position has the primary function of delivering the Spa treatments and services to Spa guests.
- Duties include co-ordination with the Head of Therapy on the daily operation of the Therapy department, providing Spa treatments and services to all Spa guests
- The job function calls upon strengths of commitment to customer service. The ability to provide all Spa treatments with integrity, professionalism and skill is essential. Resourcefulness and initiatives are a must.
Duties:
Assist with the following if and when required:
- Contact and correspondence to guests
- Creating reports for Head of Therapy
- Preparation for Spa services to all guests
- Execution of all Spa services to guests
- Participation in promotional events and Spa demonstrations.
- Stock ordering and stock control
- Promotions and marketing of Spa therapies.
- Therapy room cleanliness
- Ensuring Spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations.
- Handling customer complaints and Therapy queries
- Provide usage reports on Therapy Services
- Stock control and inventory for Therapy products and Spa consumables
- Deliver high standard of Spa services and treatments to all Spa guests.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English - Arabic and European languages are an asset.
- Liaison with Spa team and dealing with queries in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to motivate and work as a team with other Spa Therapists and Spa staff.
- Excellent Therapy skills.
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused to effectively meet all customer care requirements.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in Hotel and Resort Spas,
- Good team-player
- Complete all processes of administration work generated by Therapists.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task as required.
- Confidence in customer care delivery
- Sensitivity to customer needs and concerns during Therapy treatments
- Delivering high standards of Therapy services.
- Therapy experience and qualifications essential.
- Male or Female.
