RESPONSABILITATI

The Position:

This position has the primary function of managing the Spa facility and supervising all Spa Staff.

Duties include co-ordination with the Hotel Management Team on the daily operation of the Spa, man-management of the Spa Team, generating revenue for the Spa by organizing Spa promotions and advertising Spa services within the Hotel and resort areas.

The job function calls upon strengths of commitment to customer services, man management skills, and leading a team of Spa professionals by example .The ability to prioritize work loads, work under pressure , resourcefulness and initiatives are a must.


Duties:

Manage and supervise all Spa administration work and payments including:
- Contact and correspondence to guests
- Creating letters and correspondence for guests, staff and hotel management
- Preparation & confirmation of Spa services to all guests
- Preparation & confirmation of documents and forms for guests and Spa staff.
- Stock ordering and stock control
- Customer database management
- Promotions and marketing
- Spa staff rosters / working schedules
- Manage and supervision of Spa Team.
- Appraisals and Trade testing of Spa staff
- Recruitment and Selection of Spa Staff
- Communication with Hotel Management Team at Executive level,
- Ensuring the Spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations.
- Managing customer complaints
- Managing usage of Spa facilities and Spa equipment.
- Implementation and management of Spa Staff incentive schemes
- Management and supervision of the Spa services menu.
- Provide usage reports on Spa Services
- Budgets and Forecasts for the Spa.


CERINTE

Experience & Qualifications:

- Fluency in written and spoken English - Arabic and European languages are an asset.
- Liaison with Senior Management within hotels and dealing with queries in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to motivate and lead by example a team of Spa professionals.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused to effectively manage all Customer Care issues.
- Previous experience as a Spa Manager in Hotel and Resort Spas,
- Good team-leader.
- IT literate
- Manage all processes of administration work generated by Spa
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task as required.
- Confidence in customer care delivery and handling of Customer Complaints.
- Task driven.
- Delivering high standards of Customer Service.
- Understanding and experience in Spa Operations
- Male or Female
