Liase with client and consultant for effective coordination and executiong of site activities as per planned schedules in conformance with applicable specifications and Project Quality Plan.
Co-ordinate with subordinate staff, continuously asses the actual progress of work against planned programme. Coordinate material approval, shop drawings etc.
Asses manpower, equipment and other resources to achieve milestone dates.
Analyses deviations or change of Contract scope discuss and review with consultant.
Liaise with sub-contractor to achieve targetted programme.
Meeting with staff/client/consultant/subcontractor.
Coordinate with QA/QC and safety staff to adopt Companies quality policy and Safety Policy.
Preparation of tender documents and processing of tender.
Negotiation between the consultant and the client for tender.
Preparation of agreement as per the conditions and scope of work.
Overall management of the work from the very begining.
Identify and notify changes or variations in drawings.
Bidding with subcontractors.
Preparation of subcontract agreement and payment certificates.
Preparation of work schedule chart.
Monitoring the material requirements, its availability and procurement.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report.
Coordination with office and documentation.
Quality of work, cost control and time bound progress of the projects.
Execution of the jobs within the specific time frame.
Civil Graduate with minimum 10 yrs experience in Construction of High rise buildings, roads, bridges, infrastructure preferably in GCC countries.
