BE (Civil) with 8 + years of experience. Job Responsibilities include:
¿ Ensure compliance with Project Construction Schedule
¿ Lead regular site meetings with QS,Engineer,clients
¿ Identify and manage risk
¿ Achieve zero defects in our own work and that of subcontractors
¿ Finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, ie late arrival materials and eliminate waste
¿ Comply with the safety regulations laid down by ANLOR policy/client requirements
¿ Create a working environment that recognises and develops engineering talent
¿ Achieve quality standards as prescribed by clients.
¿ Reduce wastages
¿ Talent identification among reporting staff
