Senior Planner - Electro-Mechanical

Professionally qualified (MRICS/MCIOB or equal), experienced, well versed in all technical & contractual matters, dynamic, result oriented and capable of working on your own initiative and independently. Aged 40 plus with 10 to 15 yrs experience (or more) working within an infrastructure construction environment / company (preferably electro-mechanical). Overseas experience essential. Middle East experience preferred. Working within a senior planning role but with ¿hands-on¿ experience for at least 10 yrs and serious electro-mechanical involvement for the last 5 yrs, preferably with a contractor. Computer literate (MS Office) and proficient with Primavera P3 software. In addition, an essential criteria, is that the candidate has developed network schedules for large projects in excess of US$ 50 million and 10,000 activities; tracking changes from baseline; developing recovery schedules; WBS developments; CPM network; extension of time analysis; and preparing reports as required by the construction management team and clients. Experience with ICE/FIDIC forms of contract and subcontract. Should possess valid UAE driving license.
