Develop conceptual solutions for plant layouts and plot plans.
Develop piping material specifications for process plants.
Develop piping general arrangement drawings, AutoCAD based.
Develop project specifications for painting, and NDT.
Develop designs for equipment layout, and access.
Develop specifications and data sheets for vessels, tanks, valves, pipe, and fittings.
Develop construction engineering details, isometric drawings, and material take off.
Prepare material requisitions and technical bid evaluations.
Interface with other disciplines for ensuring clash free design.
Provide input for stress analysis studies.
Supervise designers and draftsmen.
Interface with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and head office.
Review tender / contract requirements and devise solutions and proposals.
Implement quality plans, procedures, and ITPs.
Prepare scope of work documents and construction packages.
Review of vendor documentation
Manage purchase orders from conception to delivery
Witnessing and approval of Factory Acceptance Tests.
Commissioning support work.
Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 20 years experience in power and oil & gas plants design and commissioning.
Knowledge of installation practices, codes, and regulations for power systems.
Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, DIN, and BS norms.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, and 3D modelling software.
Experience with EPC procedures and project execution methods.
Experience with consultant engineering firm.
Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Good leadership skills
Experience with international projects.
