¿ Develops/reviews/updates safety policies and programmes.
¿ Provide technical and administrative direction to on-site safety and safety personnel.
¿ Investigate and analyze critical situations resulting in accidents and report to the management.
¿ Represent company in all safety related hearings.
¿ Perform periodic jobsite inspections and prepare reports.
¿ Organize and implement safety programmes for new projects.
Candidates should have diploma/degree in occupational safety/health or equivalent. At least 5 years extensive experience and knowledge of construction/industrial safety requirements and thorough understanding and ability to enforce all federal, state, local and company regulations. Experience in roads/bridges works with large multinational company will be an added advantage. Proficient communication, interpersonal and organization skills are essential.
