• Lead and manage through daily application of ORA (OWNERSHIP - Responsibility - Accountability) Principles and SAFE-Production;
• Responsible and accountable for the performance of craft foremen, technicians, and mechanics for quality, cost, scheduling, and safety;
• Responsible for providing the quantity and quality of workers requested by Project Managers;
• Direct all phases of Hull Craft to include planning in support of projects, organizing, scheduling in support of projects, and repair.
• Monitor the performance of assigned foremen and technicians.
• Oversee the development of production schedules, progressing reports, and teams with Project Managers and Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and other craft activities to ensure production and quality of work performed meets specifications, cost, and schedule.
• Excellent working knowledge of stability, both practical and theoretical
• Good working knowledge of ship/rig construction.
• Management and supervisory experience with good written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills and good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Hands-on personality.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to converse to client at site meetings.
• Proven Safety Record.
• Physically fit, able to travel and work overtime when required, flexible attitude, be a team player
Diploma in Ship Building
Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Ship / Rig Construction with at least 5 years minimum as Ship / Rig Construction Supervisor
Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be of distinctive advantage.
AED 8000 - 15000 per month (package)- salariu
MIS has a pay structure of Basic Salary Plus Allowance. The Allowance is paid for Housing, Utilities, Commodities& Services and Transportation cost.
