Manage a range of recruitment activities to support effective staffing for the Construction, Contracting and Oil & Gas clients. Initiate recruitment process, Discipline Leads for completion of all relevant documents. Prepare job descriptions, Advertise open positions on Company's website/other jobs websites. Prepare advertisement for Newspapers. Database search. Liaising with Recruitment agencies. Initial screening of resumes. Screening CVs, Conducting interviews, Selecting candidates, Placement of selected candidates, Preparing Contracts , Maintain the Recruitment database; filing CVs and related papers. Offer negotiations. Assisting in other HR duties as and when required. Experience in Construction field, know-how with Civil, MEP, Oil & Gas Construction activities, understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Essential Skills/Experience Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3-5 yrs of Construction and Oil & Gas recruitment experience. Middle East experience is a must. Good knowledge of UAE market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
