The Incumbent would be responsible for the complete Quantity Surveyor & Billing functions from drawings and site measurements to reconciliation,quantity take off from drawings, site measurement etc.
CARRY OUT DAY TO DAY POST CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION OF PROJECTS.
MONITOR AND PREPARE PROGRESS REPORTS, BILLS, VARIATION CLAIMS.
CARRY OUT CONTRACTUAL CORRESPONDENCE FOR LARGE BUILDING PROJECTS.
B.E CIVIL ENGINEERING OR QUANTITY SURVEYING
ATLEAST 5 YEARS EXP IN GULF WITH LARGE LARGE CONTRACTING COMPANIES.
KNOWELDGE ABOUT FIDC AND CONTRACTUAL TERMS & CONDITION IS REQUIRED.
