Attend to customer enquiries and accompany them in viewing properties. Source sales or rental properties and update listings on a daily basis. Guide Tenants through hassle free leasing, selling or buying process. Entertain tenancy complaints and coordinate with the Landlord. Must be able to negotiate very well and establish good relationship with Landlords. Monitor the current real estate market trends, demands and rental rates. Submit weekly sales activity report.
Good negotiation/marketing skills. Experience in real estate. Presentable, good communication skills.
Must have professional experience in the real estate business or very good track record as outdoor salesman in Dubai.
Familar with the real estate development in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills.
Presentable and smart.
Male or Female.
Must have valid UAE driving license and own car.
Transferable visa or visit visa with minimum 3 years stay in the UAE
