Project Manager - Residential Building Projects

Graduate Civil Engineer within age group of 35-45 years, having a minimum of 10 years experience in construction field out of which 3 years in similar position in large construction company involved in high rise building and residential building projects. Must be organized, self motivated, hard working and having high management & reporting skills. Ability to coordinate with the client / consultant and managing the site staff for efficient running and functioning of the project, is a must Responsible for attaining project objectives within the agreed budget and time frame.
