As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects that range between $50K to $2M and that entail the renovation and construction of residential facilities. In addition to developing and implementing construction projects, you will be dealing with internal customers and external contractors and suppliers, managing cost controls and administering projects. This will give you an excellent opportunity to experience project management from the initial planning stages through to completion in a flexible work environment.
The ideal candidate(s) is (are) civil engineer(s), with excellent leadership and communication skills, having at least 8 years experience in the construction industry. He (they) should be fluent in English, both spoken and written as the projects are in the United Arab Emirates.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Gulf experience is a plus, but not necessary.
All candidates should have a valid passport (more than 6 monts) and a degree in civil engineering .
