Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be of distinctive advantage

4. Should be able to closely work with the Site Managers and Subcontractors.
5. Demonstrated ability to devise and implement systems, procedures and resource management policies to improve productivity, reduce cost and deliver projects on time.
6. Accomplished negotiator with sound analytical abilities.
7. Proficient in the use of computer programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Access).
1. Responsible and accountable for the management, execution and delivery of the assigned project(s), particularly for the execution within budget and schedule adhering to MIS’s business practices and construction safety guidelines and meeting the contract specifications.
2. Promote ethical work practices, safe and pleasant work environment and team work.
3. Provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Project teams in respect of

4. Manage the interfaces between disciplines and parties involved including engineering, procurement, fabrication, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and the clients including periodic reviews, audits, negotiations and the like.
5. Prepare Project Status Reports as directed, present and review with Sr. Management and implement the review outcomes and decisions.
6. Conduct client satisfaction surveys per guidelines and provide Management with results in the formats specified.
7. Formulate, agree and implement suitable target KPI’s, measure, evaluate and take corrective action to continuously improve performance of the assigned projects.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

US $ 7000 – 9000 per month (Total package)
