Project Manager

Desired candidate should be capable of handling Mechnical, electrical, Plumbing & Drainage Projects in the range of AED 5 - 30 Million.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of a project to provide for the safe execution of contact works to programme, budget and Client's requirements. Fully aware of and conversant with contact Specification and Drawings and scope of work. Fully aware of and conversant with contract Conditions, Bill of quantities, standard form of contract. Review of "The Monthyly Valuation"with the commercial department. Review of Sub-contract agreements in conjuction with the commercial department, prior to issue to authorised Company Signatories. Review in conjuction with the commercial department, bid analysis by the engineers, prior to issuing to the authorised Company Signatories. Prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting as and when required. Preparation and review of all necessary documentation for "Cost to Completion" i.e Cash Flow Forecast, Regular review of contract sum, Indication of known forecast positive/negative variences (Incuding back-up) Review of Labour trends and material wastage. Monitoring, reviewing and recording the contract positive with regard to contract delays i.e Document / Drawing approvals, Material submittals, Request for information, Access restriction notices, Design queries. Review with commercial department, Sub-contract Interim applications. payments and final accounts. Advice and assist the Operations Manager with the selection of personnel for the projects. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with Client/Consultant/Main contractor etc to ensure that the contact requirements are fulfilled. Ensure the successful running of th eproject, whilst maintaining the companies best interests. eg. Motivation and team Development. Ensure that the Company Management Systems are fully implemented and followed. Ensure that the Company Health, Safety & Envirenment policies are fully implemented and followed. Preparing and issuing Internal and External reports as and when required/ specified. Establish responsiblity and authorization levels for the project team. Establish responsiblity and authorisation levels for the project team. Prepare and Issue Action Plans as and when required. Review Action Plans by others prior to issue / implementation. Represent the Company, to the client and at all other times. Other duties as allocated.
