Required for a leading Civil Construction Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering with more than 18 years of experience in similar capacity in reputed organization. Should be able to develop and review, develop master plans for all projects. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate construction contracts for assigned project and provide weekly report to be director of construction.
