Coordination with departments like Procurement and Technical. To update the Sr. Planning Engineer/Package planner with regards to the delays of the project in each sections. Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the project / business. To acquire all information from the site required for issuing and updating the section work program and projects master program. Update the programs with actual on site progress/ project progress indicators. Identify the variance between planned and actual progress. Complete weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting delays, areas of concern and presenting them to the Sr. Planning engineer / Section planner. To deliver excellence in planning and project co ordination by providing expert support. Excellent working knowledge on Primavera.
3-10 years in construction projects ideally on residential projects, experience in working for a contractor;
Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 3-10 years in construction projects ideally on residential projects, experience in working for a contractor. Responsibilities include to Site inspections in consultation with Site Engineers to get the updated information on progress of the section with the actual figures and the planned.
