The incumbent should be Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical field with a relevent experience of 6 to 8 yrs in MEP Construction/Contracting company.
Preparation of Level 2, 3 & 4 schedules after getting orders from client by using Primavera Planning software.
Preparation of manpower resource histogram & progress "S" curves, progress report & daily productivity reports.
Attending project review meeting with Project Managers, Project bid schedules.
Studying Project Specification, Drawings, Data Sheet client's/special requirement.
Estimation of Engineering activities, Material take-off preliminary & final.
Coordination & organizing discussions for production review with production, technical, procurement, QA/QC depts. to complete the project in target period.
Planning & preparation of construction programme, bar charts etc. Preparation of material & drawing submittal schedule. Preparation & submission of material submittals, calculation, compliance statements and other documentation as per specifications and its follow-up.
Preparation & submission of drawings based on contract/commented drawings for consultants approval and maintaining tracking schedule.
Reading specifications & selection of materials complying to specifications.
Sending out enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and its follow-up.
